1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Travelime (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Travelime provides AI-generated travel itinerary planning tools. The Service uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini) and external data sources (Google Places, Pexels) to produce personalised trip suggestions.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Abuse the AI generation features in a way that incurs disproportionate computational cost (e.g. automated bulk generation).
• Reproduce or resell itinerary output for commercial purposes without permission.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Itineraries generated by the Service are produced by an AI model and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying venue details, opening hours, entry requirements, travel advisories, visa requirements, and any other information before making bookings or travel decisions. Travelime accepts no liability for loss or harm arising from reliance on AI-generated itinerary content.

6. Intellectual property

The Travelime brand, software, and original content are owned by Travelime. You retain ownership of any personal data and preferences you submit. AI-generated itinerary content is yours to use for personal, non-commercial travel planning.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travelime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including (without limitation) loss of data, travel costs, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Beta service notice

Travelime is provided as a beta service. During this period, features, functionality, generated outputs, and service availability may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.

Beta access is provided on an as-available basis and is intended for evaluation and planning support. You should not rely on uninterrupted operation, permanent feature availability, or backward compatibility while the service remains in beta.
